Eva Holder papers, 1876-1967.

The collection consists of personal memorabilia such as report cards, letters, receipts, and building permits, and religious materials such as a study course, pamphlets, lecture notes, and letters. Also included is a narrative Eva wrote of her grandparents recollections of their trip to Oregon in 1853.

Eva Holder was born in 1882 to Joseph and Fannie Holder of San Francisco. By 1890 Joseph operated a saloon in Portland. The family lived in East Portland, where Eva attended Sunnyside School.
